i like the sounds of that, a nice articulating humbucker. thats usually been my issue with them being a single coil guy most of the time. Id imagine the neck pickup most be fantastic

That sounds too high to me. I think that's usually the top end for 50s and 60s examples in super clean original condition and a nice case. I think that fair pricing on a Capri from 70s-80s should range from $1100-1400 for clean examples, depending on condition. I would, however, confirm this on eBay and Reverb using the Sold Items filters, as well as the Reverb Price Guide.
