Next on the block is a 1981 M-80. Yes, it’s heavy. But it’s also super comfortable. A couple of small dings, a patch of buckle rash, and a patch of worn finish on the neck where it rested on the cross support in the case. See the Reverb ad for the Salesman spiel and more pics.

California ("gloss" black, square red hole on leftside of pickup) vs XR-7 (a bit more greyish, round red hole):

I love that model. Sadly, I’m in gear reduction mode in order to preserve my marriage.
