Makes you, almost, wish something was wrong with one of your Guilds so you could send it to Tom Jacobs and witness his "magic" first hand. But most of my Guilds come from Richard and need nothing but playing.
Uhmmm, no. Although when I had my little Ambien issue I was super glad to have Tom's services available to me, I'd be happier if I had no reason to ship across country and back (that's terrifying to me) for repair. Careful what you wish (almost) for!!! :eek:

I have a luthier, the one that rebuilt my D 35, who will not do a setup without a fret level and crown. At first I though he was an arrogant so and so who was nuts. Now I know he's just an arrogant so and so.

A fret level is the gateway to good playableity.
