Hello,
Sometime back I posted my F212XL for sale, and wasn't at all aggressive about selling it. Decided to throw it out there again, with a new, lower price tag.Still don't figure on being too aggressive on selling.Hopefully someone will want it, it just continues to sit in my closet. I've taken a bunch of pics and posted them on Photobucket. I'll see if I can get some of them to post here. I also did some measuring. Action at the 12th fret low E is 3/32. Saddle height inside the low E is 45 thousandths. Saddle height at the middle is 85 thousandths. Saddle height inside the high E is 95 thousandths. I ran my machinists scale on the fretboard to the bridge and it barely did bump when it contacted the bridge. Also checked the top for flat with my machinists scale. It looked to be in pretty good shape. I took pictures of a lot of this stuff, but being indoors and using a flash, a lot of the pics didn't do real well. I looked up my original ad and will paste it below. I'm asking $825 , which will include insured shipping to the continental U.S.

I've had this guitar since 1995-96(from Elderly Instruments) and it has spent most of it's time in the closet. Need to raise money for another project, so I'm going to try to find this one a new home. It's what I would describe as a clean guitar with minor dings, scrapes and nail marks. Most of which are not very noticable unless you are close up or looking at it in the right light. The guitar has just come from the shop where it was checked out and a new nut was installed and the action was lowered by taking down the saddle. The action is now about as low as on my D50.The finish looks to be original. The lacquer is lifting around the chesterfield logo on the peghead, making it look a little funky. There are a couple small spots on the back of the neck where the finish is off from a reaction to the material on a stand. Am asking $950. I think insured shipping would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 to U.S. addresses. I'll try to post some pictures. Feel free to ask any questions.
Thanks,
Don.

P.S.
If you want to see pics, let me know, I can email them.

Good luck Don; it's a very fine-looking guitar.
