1964 Guild Hollowbody on craigslist - green stained?

I came across this guitar on craigslist.

It's a pretty good deal - but I just can't get used to that green.
The seller posted that it's less "pukey" in person.

I'm wondering whether I should go check it out.

Pickup is also not original, & I'm assuming the switch is a coil tap.....not original. Probably a nice player though.
