You mean the 1 11/16" nut width and 2 1/8" bridge spacing of the D-55? That would be my preference. Martin nut width and bridge spacing is all over the map, depending on model and year.

I found the flaw. Remember how I said the action was .06" bass side and .09" treble when it arrived? Well, the bridge is the same height on both sides, and a straightedge clears the bass side, but projects slightly below the bridge on the treble side. Something is slightly off here.

It was mine too. I spent 8 months looking for one in my price range. It's a minor miracle that I found this for a good price. The seller didn't have the best feedback, so I was quite nervous. I'm sure yours will appear too.
