Does anyone know if the nut on a GX is tusq? Mine has a black nut, looks almost like plastic, but there are black tusq out there. Also, if I ordered a new replacement tusq would the pronounced Gibson style work? The three I saw listed at StuMac are Fender, Gibson, and Epiphone.

Has anyone tried one of these? Or the reissue 50's tweed Champ? Opinions...
