F412. Bought from Sound Pure in Durham NC. The ad said "Luthier Notes: Fret Dress and Setup." I think this guitar has the best setup of any guitar I own. It just plays unbelievably easy and sounds unbelievably good, too. Sustaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnnn is incredible.

Thanks, Chaz. Yeah, that's our little house. We were looking for a place to rent while our "main" house was being thoroughly remodeled. Since this place was dirt cheap at the time, we just bought it and lived there for a year, which is how long the remodel took. It was actually a fun time...

We used to do our 3 acres in Heron, Montana with a battery-powered Ryobi. In no hurry, we'd take a couple days, but it was basically a long walk around the grounds. It's for rent now. Any takers? You mow, lol.
