Hi all , just picked up a 1970 bluesbird with hb1s. Black with what seems like the original case sans the guild tag on the outside.. decent enough shape . Plenty of checking paint chips here and there and some paint worn off on the back of the neck , nothing alarming. Original tuners. Knobs...

I keep seeing the neck pocket and tail pc. On mine the neck ,neck pickup and tail pc are perfect. Only the bridge pup is about an 8th of an inch off But I can't imagine that mine would be different than others.

If anyone wants to know about the misalignment.. it is only the bridge pickup that is so slightly off you would have to be told that is off. I am on my second one and it really is a fantastic instrument. I mY attempt to move the pickup over if when I remove the ring and there are no marks from...

Those 2 are gone for different reasons.. I do miss them so. So I replaced them with these 2 butes ...
