    1970 Guild F-512 Brazilian Rosewood w/ F-612 Inlays

I am a little confused. That back looks completely flat to me. Is the OP seeing what might be a slightly radiused back? And that looks a little like a replacement neck. For those who may not remember, I was the original owner of awagner’s 1970 512 with the Hoboken label. :-)

    Specs for 1972 F312

Thanks, Chazmo. It’s a photo from a local newspaper. When I was a teenager, I was asked at the last minute to sub as the entertainment for a “ladies luncheon.” I had no idea what a ladies luncheon was, and I was reluctant to accept, but my mom insisted. All I remember about it was sitting in...

    Specs for 1972 F312

I don’t think I ever knew the serial number, but I believe it was a factory 2nd...there was a number 2 under the serial on the back of the headstock. It was stolen out of my car in the parking garage at Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia in 1985. I was an idiot for leaving it, even though I had...

    Specs for 1972 F312

F Yes indeed. I bought my 312 new in 1972 when I was a sophomore in high school. It cost $310. Here is just about the only photo I have of me playing it in 11th grade. Yes, I know: the pants.

    Specs for 1972 F312

Please post pics!!!! I also had a 1972 F312, sadly stolen from me in 1985. It had rosewood back and sides and 16” lower bout, chesterfield headstock...and it was pretty heavy. I know because I carried that thing everywhere, including walking 2 1/2 miles to school with it!

Brand New Custom Lutehole Feedback Buster Oval Shape

Brand New Custom Lutehole Feedback Buster Oval $50 So, I invested in this gorgeous maple Lutehole feedback buster to fit my Guild F65-CE...and I can’t use it because my finger picks hit it when I play. It measures exactly 4 5/16” wide by 3 3/16” tall, which is as close as I can measure. It fit...

    Scheduled to arrive today

Call them now. Same thing happened to me with my F65-CE (also blue). Wound up waiting in the local FedEx hub for the guy in his truck to pull in for a scheduled break and got the guitar with the help of a lot of histrionics.

NGD... in a week or so

Here’s the back of my F65-CE in the same Woodgrain Blue. Well, it’s close, anyway. You can definitely see the maple grain under the color. FYI, this instrument belonged to Marc Ellis. I played it today at a gig and it still sounds fantastic.
