I had to send my 8 string baritone back to Cordoba due t5o cracks in the top of the guitar.
The cracks are at each end of the bridge.
Cordoba will make it right and replace the guitar.
The problem is that they don't have any of them in stock.
It will be sometime in November before they get any in.
I'm thinking that the cracks are a stress problem and I hope that a newer model will not have the same potential problem.
When I get the replacement guitar I'm going to try using a set of heavy gauge strings and tune the guitar D to D for a while.
I will add the octave strings that I already have.
If I don't like it strung that way, I already have several sets of baritone gauge strings waiting to be used up.
