I've got to admit, never seen fretboard and frets below the sound hole! Didn't they even look at a photo of a guitar?

It hasn't been conceptualized yet.
I never thought about it before until now, but apparently there's a lot worse that can be dropped in a sound hole than a pick.

I really like it! But, I wonder if it could be built as a mobile home so that the neck would act as the attachment point. And, yeah, the frets beyond the soundhole should be jettisoned and replaced with a pickup-style bump-out or window.

Seems like a post under outer corner of the loft might be a good idea.

I think a ceiling support for the corner of both loft areas would be good. Rather than clutter up the limited floor space below, but yeah......

Looks like vintage Ford chassis , hubcaps are the giveway, and nice old chromed bumper.
Possibly an old F150, looks like the Twin I Beam suspension up front.
