While having my morning coffee, I noticed the fog was lifting, so I grabbed a jacket, my cell phone, walked down to the lake to capture this scene.

Stunning scenery! I'm not ready to let summer go, though.
We had first leaves raking today . . . ready or not - it will come - the autumn with it's colours. Nights have been at 50F for few weeks now.

Terry, that's so beautiful. Breathtaking, really. Enjoy the weather. Of course, we're still popping up into triple digits. High of 102 today. But for us that's almost sweater weather. Things will change big time in October. Then it will finally cool down enough the a/c won't be kicking in 24/7. But then it drops to where the heat comes on..... it's always something here.

Superb. Now shoot the same spot three other seasons, you probably have already, and make a time lapse photo. That tree really lends itself to the composition. I could see trimming that opening if it wasn't already there.
