How many Guilds do the LTG community own collectively?

Just curious - seems like there are several NGD posts a week (AWESOME!) but curious as to if we think there is a treasure trove out there or if there is a small (this small) community that has a good number of the Guild’s out there? Thoughts?

There is a Guild count thread that is hopelessly inaccurate (I gave up on it long ago), but I think it is fair to say that the LTG community does not own more than 1% of the Guilds ever produced.

It's a moving target because some of us have Guilds moving in and out all the time, so the numbers change on any given day.

There's a saying that goes something like, "Of the 650 sunburst Les Pauls made in 1959, only 4500 or so have been accounted for." :)

I have 70-something. Grot's got like 110-something. I think there's a small group of what I'd call "super collectors" and we skew all the numbers.

But given that Westerly had one year when they produced over 25,000 instruments I don't think we are even close to one tenth of one percent for that one year :)

1. I had no idea some of y’all own over 30!
2. I had no idea westerly produced that many instruments!
