Simple Seasonal Summer Salad

Si I grew some Chocolate Mint this year out on my deck herb garden, and it's kickin' butt! It's been a hot humid summer so far and all my herbs are absolutely proliferating.

But I digress. Here is the salad:

Chilled Cubed Cantaloupe
Chilled Fresh Blueberries
Chopped fresh Chocolate Mint or Mint
Drizzle of whole cream or half & half
Drizzle of real maple syrup

enjoy!

Can I just substitute mint chocolate chip ice cream for the mint and cream?

You certainly may! Sounds good.
