    Anyone have a great JD story to share? Mine is, I was walking along Cemetary Lane (Aspen) in 1976 when this yellow blur came around the corner causing me to jump in the ditch. The man in the Porsche stopped to see if I was Okay... "Yes Mr. Denver, I'm fine" I was 14 and blown away by that...

    lol, yes, I think it almost became firewood before I got it. It was such a great opportunity because all the pieces were there, how it was made. The people at Guild in the old days had the passion. They were creating history. Long live Guild :)

I started watching their channels about a year before I began my quest. YT is full of great luthiers explaining their work, just a wealth of knowledge there...
