I understood I was asking a lot of BB to meet me at the hotel so I figured I'd give him a little thank you gift that represented my hometown.
Dinosaur BBQ originated in Syracuse with 2 biker dudes who worked on cycles next door to an old man's bar. Not sure of the whole story but they ended up running the place and doing BBQ and the rest is history. So I brought along a bottle of what was formerly known as Sensuous Slathering Sauce....now with a tamed down label from the original here:
Next up....our true claim to fame, (aside from Hoffman Coneys) is the Hinderwadel Salt Potato. I'll spare my fingers but here is a pretty good synopsis of the origin of the salt potato.

As for the pool in the background. I has asked the hotel desk if there was a conference room I could use but the Sales Team was not in on Saturday and they had the key...so I looked around and the gym was occupied but the pool wasn't.
BB & I and the JF 30 got a nice dose of humidity as well!!
