What are your impressions of the New Hartford Guild acoustics?
Is this regarded as a good era of build and quality?

I have two: the R35SE resonator and a F47R...the build quality is great, and they both remind me of the Hoboken and earlier guitars I have.
Very lightly built and resonant.
I'll give you a million dollars for your resonator.*
*I won't do that, but I'll buy it if you want to sell!

Ah, no. Sorry Gary. It's my crossover from Guilds to Dobros, and it sounds quite different from all my other resonators. That's always been my excuse for buying another instrument--hey! this doesn't sound like my other (fill in the blank)! Besides, although I find it pretty fancy looking compared to some of my other resonators, I thought you were about the bling--maybe you need to get one of these:
Granted, it's not a Guild, but maybe it's time to branch out...

That said, I'm getting to play more of the current made in Oxnard ones as time progresses, and I wonder why they're not getting more love on here.
