Anybody near a Guitar Center?

I don't even know where the nearest one is, but if anybody's going to one soon, I'd like to get a hold of an MXR M-86 "Classic Distortion". Apparently they're a GC exclusive and they sell them for $30. I've looked online and people are scalping them for between $50-$100 which is foolish at best. If anyone can help without too much inconvenience...

I did a quick search to find out that it's an in-store special. I've wanted to pick up an MXR distorition for a while and this looks like a cheap entry point. I don't want anyone to go out of their way, but if you're there, I'd make it worth the time to ship one to me.

Sorry Dane,
I called the GC closest to me (Commack, NY) and they are out of stock, with none in transit, so re-stock date not known. She then checked stock at the next closest GC's in Carle Place NY and in Manhattan, no good there either. I tried!

I went to my local GC yesterday, and they said they sold out of them on Black Friday.

Just as a side comment, the list for these is $149. I had a Distortion+ and ended up giving it to a kid I know, because it was a lousy effect. It loaded down the signal and sounded bad to my ear.

No biggles. I just picked up an Ludwig Aluminum Snare, a Green Russian Small Stone, an XR-7, a Switchcraft right angle toggle, and an HB-1 with pickguard. I should have enough toys for a while. Thanks for the leg work fellas. May your first son be a masculine son.
