I'm really surprised that they didn't do this earlier. It's a no-brainer with so many preferring smaller amps. On the sound demo page, two of the sound samples are played on a Guild Bluesbird and one on Guild Starfire. Imagine that.

Hey wait a minute, wouldn't it be a great idea to reissue the Guild elec. . . :?

My guess and it is only a guess is that FMIC wanted to show what the amp sounded like with an Les Paul and a Gibson hollow body, and used the Guilds as substitutes. And that amp does sound great.

That's what I was thinking. I always wanted one as well.
