Darryl has a good suggestion - a quick search on youtube will provide some samples. The video linked to "Je Te Veux" is played with such subtle beauty... so poetic... watch Marcel's right hand... simple wrist gestures, a steady pulse allowing the weight of his hand inform the rhythm... this is a human being at one with the Muse and his guitar!

But, I digress! Mark, Marcel was an exponent of Atkins/Travis style picking in Europe. Again, Google will provide more information than I could about his life and music. I have had the Vol 2 CD playing practically nonstop this weekend.

I remember the shock of reading that he was among the victims in the crash(?) of TWA Flight 800 off Long Island.
