This is a pic of the later (2nd?) version Guild Thunder 1 (same config as the T1 RVT). In the pic below, the forward ears of the cabinet have been planed back to prevent nuisance damage. The chassis now has a vertical, electrically-safe back-panel that acts like a truss supporting the weight of the deck, and chassis bolts through the top; all 'fixes' for problems inherent in the first series.

The back panel also contains the fuse cap; in the earlier version, the fuse was inside the chassis mounted in a block and, in the event of a short, the entire chassis had to come out to access the fuse. The early version featured Bulgin pin connectors tieing the speakers to the chassis via sockets facilitating chassis removal; no need to de-solder the umbillically-connected speakers to disconnect / remove the chassis to get at the otherwise inaccessible fuse....

It isn't too hard to imagine that these changes were driven by retailers' complaints that the amps arrived with 'broken ears' and, with the chassis-to-cabinet connections and fuse post location, they were the dickens to work on. This one currently listed (again; same seller) on eBay: Here with a reserve and a BIN of $275.
