What's the best place in CA to try and buy a new D-55?

Hi all,

I've always been a fan of the D-55, and it's actually the benchmark for me for all acoustic guitars. My friend's dad has an old one ('70s or '80s) that I'm crazy about and he won't sell....

Anyways, I've got a holiday planned to California (LA, Loma Linda, maybe San Francisco and Vegas too) in 2 months time, and was wondering if you have any suggestions for dealers that would have stock on hand that I can play before I buy. Or at worst, on-line dealears that have a good reputation of sending out Guild guitars that "have it".

I don't know anything about CA, but Robbie's Music in Wayne NJ has a D-55 sunburst that I played today. I just had to. So make a u-turn and go 3,000 miles out of your way to pick it up!

I bought my 2005 D-55 Tacoma built from Steve at Dreamquest Specialties he is city of Orange. I live North of Los Angeles and the D-55 arrived in 2 days! And he gave me the best price and beat all the others!!
