Well, we had three funerals this week - my wife has been caring for a fellow nurse who passed away from cancer on Sunday, an old friend of mine also passed on Sunday, and our pastor's Father-in-law died on Monday. We attended two memorials on Thursday, and I played my D25 & led the singing at my old friend's funeral today, we did six of his favorite old songs.
Tuesday night I played & sang at a nursing home as per usual.
Wednesday night we went Christmas Caroling at the Veteran's Home, what a great night, we had about 50 people including the guitars 4 Vets guys & gals. We were able to split into 2 groups and sing in 6 different nursing units.
Tomorrow morning I'm leading music in church, mostly Christmas themed music, then a potluck after church.
Tomorrow afternoon I shall be taking a well-deserved nap instead of watching the Lions lose.
