Welcome. Online serial resources are notorious for being incomplete or wrong but they are correct often enough to be worth a shot. I'm not finding a CE prefix for anything other than a Mark series in the mid-1980's. That could be due to the unreliability of the source or my lousy search fu but it also makes me wonder if "CE100157" is exactly what is on the label and back of the headstock? For example 100157 is a 1974 serial number.

Welcome to LTG! Some CE-100s were mis-stamped in 1982 with a CE prefix instead of the usual KA prefix. I think Grot had one and he can weigh in.

That particular guitar was mis-stamped with an incorrect (for the model) serial number prefix during the year 1982.

If you have bought that guitar recently or not too long ago, there is a chance that it may not conform to the specs. of that particular year, since the guitar was 'robbed' of most of its original parts a little less than 5 years ago.

Sincerely,
