This past week I found out that my buddy, a great local fingerpickin' songwriter Nash Rambler had passed away after a relatively short bout with some aggressive cancer. I first met him about 5 years ago when I started working at a busy 300-seat German restaurant, where he would play weekend afternoons out on the patio, which he did for almost 20 years up until a month or two ago. He would get up there in the heat and humidity and play for 3hrs, nothing but originals. Really talented guy, super friendly too. Will miss our regular convos about guitars, writing, and our mutual childhood home of Buffalo NY. He had a couple of Guild acoustics too that he would bring around. Anyway, in honor of him I thought I'd share his music here. He's got quite a bit of it up on his youtube channel.
Rest in Peace Mike, aka Nash Rambler.

Gotta like a guy who goes by the name of Nash Rambler!

Consolations on the loss of your friend, and thanks for posting some of his music here.

Thanks guys, he was very passionate about his songs and put a great deal of work into them. Definitely a unique voice.
