In going through some of my dad's old guitar parts, I came across 4 Guild open back tuning machines. They are heavy chrome and are in very nice shape, at least 40 years old. Anyone have an idea how much they might be worth? I also came across an old humbucker single lead with ivory plastic mounting ring - no markings on it. Anyway to tell if it's a good one?

I don't. See what they're going for at www.reverb.com. Use the search field.

The tuners are tricky. Since there aren't six, the only buyers will be the few people who need to replace one. I'd just keep posting them at a give-away price until they're all gone.

About the pickup: Is there a brand name? Some makes are highly regarded - Gibson, Lollar, and Fralin, for instance. If says PAF, it's an old Gibson patent-applied-for, and it's worth a lot.
