Well, it actually came a couple of days ago, but here's my Guild X-170. Loving it so far...may need to change strings, however, as it came strung with TI flatwound 13's, and that's MUCH heavier than I'm used to.:smug:

Congratulations! New Guitar Day is the best. From what I can see, it looks like a beauty. As a former X-170 owner, I know it sounds and plays great. Enjoy it in good health.

BTW, does anyone know where to find a rosewood bridge that's compensated for a plain G? I haven't been able to find one online.

Thanks! I love my '54 X-175 but it's getting to where it needs some work on it. Plus, it's a real armful (especially when you're on the "large economy size" of the weight spectrum like me. The X-170 is much more comfortable. I do wish it had Franz pickups, but ya can't have everything, right?
