I got my Guild DCE1 from Sandy today. I have to admit, it’s definitely been played, but I love it. I think it adds character. I played it a bit and can’t believe how loud and strong it sounds. It’s not overly bass heavy like a Martin. I took it’s younger sibling out, my Taylor 410ce. I like the Guild better than the Taylor. The older I get, the more the treble heavy sound puts me off. I also noticed my Taylor is turning 21 this month. I wish I had a Guild acoustic when I started playing, I think I would’ve played more. Now to pull out my guitar books.

I'm glad to hear that you're happy with it, and that it got there unmolested. Thanks for your part in a smooth transaction! It definitely has some mojo, but it's all pretty legitimate I think. I tried to show all of it when I listed it. It makes me happy that it went to an LTGer who will love it, and lives not far from its birthplace as well.

Props to the USPS (hi Steve!) for getting it there swiftly, and safely.
