Interesting. Doyle Dykes visited the Oxnard factory last week!

Guild posted a few pictures on their Facebook page.

First picture with his New Hartford built DD-6MCE:

With the new F-512 Maple:

Damn, what a class act. You just have to love that guy. I'm so glad he went to see them at CMG. Thanks for posting, Ralf.

Great photos! Interesting to see the wood-block presses in the foreground. I would guess that they secure the top and back while they are being glued to the rims. Thanks for posting!

Seeing that shot of the factory floor makes me think about Ren's contribution in getting the equipment moved from New Hartford to Oxnard, procuring all necessary new items, setting up the production line, and complying with state regs.

It was a long & drawn out transition, but thankfully we once again have USA-made Guilds!

That's great to see him back in a Guild Guitar factory setting!

I wonder if Godin is not extending his player contract?

He looks better behind a Guild, I must say!

EDIT: Stop the presses! On his Facebook page he says he has signed on with Guild again. Sweet!
