    Similar to the Guild-ish Takamines from the lawsuit era. Japanese copies (I.e. fakes) of well known American guitars.

    My research tells me the Japan company made that guitar for Guild and put the Guild name on the headstock ..
    I wonder where he did his research? The thread reads like one of those where someone believes what they believe and no amount of evidence to the contrary will change that.
