It's packed up and shipped off. Now the waiting begins

I figured it was going to stay warm enough to send my Ovation with the split to Fixit. I ended up buying a 5 pack of guitar boxes from Uline. I figured I have at least one other guitar I want to sell to the crowd and the Guild box is looking worn. I read up on how to pack a guitar and did some other things I thought of. I had to put the guitar in one box, with a wide side cut off and make another box the same way and clam shell the guitar and case between them. Lots of Gorilla tape and regular packing tap. Took pictures of the packing method in CASE I need to prove how it was packed. ( God forbid ! ). Insured it for more than it cost me in case it goes into the Bermuda Triangle of guitars shipped that never arrive.

Now, I need to wait for it to get to Tom...for him to fix..it...and for it to get back to me. It could be a long handful of weeks.
