Losing weight is all about controlling your desire. "Waist not, want not"...

Well I'm on a diet and exercise regimen...was -15# but went back up a few and on the way back down, now -12# from my starting point. What I really need to lose is about 75#.

If I think about that, it's like lugging a 75# sack of Readi-mix concrete around all the time...
TODAY is the TOMORROW you spent all day YESTERDAY acting like there was no.

    yup,

    I'm an avid backpacker/gram weenie.

I went nuts buying lighter and lighter gear but ended up shedding 20 lbs off my trail weight by losing my gut,

Saved a few scheckles on food too (which you can pour into more guitars).

I guess I'm a cruel master, I don't feed any of my guitars.

You're right, the body does WEIRD stuff !

My first check would be pinched nerves. They all come out your spine to get places.

I have a friend who ended up with gastroparesis. Her stomach is mostly paralyzed. Losing weight is not her problem. I have no idea what type of food she can eat, but it isn't much and it's probably liquid.
