Ohhhh nooo! I grew up in Buffalo, NY so I know that feeling all too well! Happy to be in the Orlando area nowadays. Though the commute to work can still be nasty here when we get our crazy torrential downpours -- with non-crowned roads, most people driving around with bald tires, and seemingly permanent construction here. Still, I don't have to dig out the car anymore and scrape ice off the windshield!

Buffalo huh?? I sold the Marine Midland Tower, (Seneca One), to Douglas Jemal, (Nobody Beats the Whiz fame), about three years ago.

I used to have a ball standing on the window washing rail on the top floor looking over at Niagara Falls and Toronto!!

Great city, one of the most underappreciated.
