Nicely done! I mean, sorry it happened at all, but at least it happened where you could cover it up ! Looks good!
I remember when I “el-cabonged” my sunburst F50r, I almost cried! Couldn’t cover mine up, but my luthier did a good job on it, you can still see it, but I rarely even think about it now! It just adds to the character.

Actually, it was a KEL hm7u condenser mic (I wrote cardioid mic in the OP... I ment condenser!) A great mic for recording vocals and acoustic instruments... also good for smashing your guitar top :)

I'd hate to have mine fall on any guitar if yours weighs as much as mine 2lbs + it would put a hole in it LOL and yup its a Monoprice nic hahaha but it kicks butt .

Oh I still to record the F55 , I keep getting derailed lol. I try to simple tune but I get carried away and next thing I know I have 3 songs to incorporate into one long track hope your ready for it lol
