TRC upside down, #1.
60's Capris are one of the best electric guitar deals out there. You still see them for very reasonable prices, and they're great sounding, playing, well built guitars.
The Newark Street CE100 has been discontinued btw.
whats the difference to an X-175 beside the cutaway?
I picked up a 65 with a headstock repair for not much more than a NS. It's in transit.
You snagged that GC one? We looked hard at it for my oldest. Curious how well the repair was done.
Good for you, Steve! Mine is my favorite Guild. I've had a few guitars with headstock repairs, and they always seem to be more resonant. My first CE-100D had a super stable headstock repair.Yeah, I was weak. We'll see how bad it is when it shows up. Ugly guitars need lovin' too, I guess.

I keep getting tempted to replace the Franzes on my T-100D with a set of NOS reissue Dynasonics I have and install the Franzes into my '65 CE-100D.

Main differences between the X-175 and the CE-100D would be the cutaway and the pickups. Also the tailpiece if you are talking about the sunburst X-175,
Thunder 1. Then the Ampeg. Always test in your cleanest amp first. Grit can hide a multitude of sins.Well, slated for delivery 7/25.
What should I plug it into first, the Tbird or the Thunder 1?
