Just bought a 2000 Custom Shop Peregrine on Reverb. #10 of 12 of this variant.

And yes, I know the truss rod cover is upside-down.

It appears to be in near-mint condition, although the original Fishman system was replaced with another Fishman. Taking it in soon for a setup and to make sure the electronics are fully functional.

An extra nut and saddle was in the case pocket with the key and owner’s manual. Never seen that before.

When you are 10 of 12 of a HIGH END Guild an extra nut and saddle is mere "chicken feed" for such a guitar.
You got 23 of the best!

Dude, they forgot the soundhole! No problem, a hole saw will soon take care of that.

Yeah, the Peregrine is kinda quiet without an amp...
I miss mine :saturn:

That abalone inlay around the body is killin' me... wow!

The dot fret markers are also abalone. I didn’t even notice until I saw the guitar up close.

So far I am very impressed with this one.

Certainly is a beauty! :saturn: One thing I do wonder about is the number of pictures I see of Guilds with the truss rod cover on upside down; seems to be a lot more common on Guilds than for any other brand. Wondering if it is some sort of fashion statement? Certainly looks better than most brands would!
