I have long held the Guild F-30 to be my all time favorite guitars. I currently have a Westerly F-30R from 1998 which is my favorite to play and a F-30 Aragon from Tacoma which is my best sounding guitar.
But for years I have lusted for a nice Hoboken F-30, considered by many to be the holy grail of all F-30's.
Well, today I pulled the trigger and bought myself a 71st birthday present of a 1964 (by the serial #) Hoboken F-30 .

I deleted the link that did not work and posted some pics further down this thread

I am definitely excited and hoping that it is as good as it looks.
I will let you all know when it is NGD.

I don't know what's so tough about showing an item that has been sold, but Reverb doesn't seem to be able to do it, or they don't want to. Your link doesn't show the guitar you bought, but says "Oh, this was sold, but here's another one similar you might like." No, I want to see the one that sold!

I'm thinking there might be a storage cost/space issue involved, much like this place.
Maybe it's one of the ways they keep their fees down?

Yeah, that is strange. It worked for a couple of hours after purchase but then I went to send the link to some friends via email and got that same result. I will try to post some pics when it arrives.

It’s possible the seller deleted the listing . I’ve seen it before.
