Got the F15ce in Saturday (along with some other G), and let it acclimate overnight before finally seeing it this morning. In very good condition, with just the odd wear mark here and there. The seller says he’d just had it set up, and it feels like it; I just had to tune it up and play.
I like it. I like it a lot! I’ll bring it in to school this week so I can play it and the F45ce back to back, but I think I might like it even better. Great for fingerstyle, if you can handle the skinny neck (definitely have to keep the nails trimmed close, there is NO extra room for anything.) I do plan on doing another hog v spruce video, like I did with my F20 and M20. (Now if can only find an M30 to cover all the non-dread permutations.)

The seller claimed that it came with the original case. Ummm, I don’t think so. Aside from the lack of any Guild badging, it’s really too big, even if the padding has compacted. (At least it’s the right burgundy muppet fur.)

And, with the Walker and Williams strap I got for it.

Really Glad this one wound up in the hands of an LTG'er! Congrats on another great addition Chris and I too look forward to the F15/F45 comparison. I hope you get years of enjoyment out of it my friend!

Chris, I LOVE this guitar. Sweet, Hog, understated and DEEP!! I'll bet it sounds amazing!! Lemme know if you don't want to keep it and let me know why, n'kay?? :encouragement:

p.s. - oh wait, I forgot. 1 5/8 nut width, huh? These are the ones I can get A with my index finger, and it just gets WORSE from there!!

I enjoyed the comparison video. The differences in tone are subtle in a small body guitar like the M-20/F-20, but they are clearly present.

Nice comparison. The M-20 a tad softer, especially base strings. Both wonderful.
