S100 polara pickup ring replacements

My S100 newark st reissue Polara pickup rings have cracked. Just the plastic pickup rings. Where can i get replacements?

Cordoba's customer service has not yet reached the level of responsiveness people at LTG expect. Some folks have reported long waits, others have reported immediate responses after the second inquiry and a couple people claim it takes a phone call.

Frono is being kinder than I would be, though that’s usually how it goes.

In my experience, When dealng with the new Guild think weeks not days.

I purchased some parts from the Guild website. Pretty sure everything arrived within two weeks and I received emails on when the order was processed and shipped.
