Oh man. I love Keely Smith, and I still have some of her records. She had a huge voice and made Louis look and sound so good.

I thinks she's one of the best!! Kind of my folks generation but still she made me sit up a listen!! Also, I think it's odd as a tribute to Keely Smith, you'd post a video where she's just mostly a prop for Louis Prima. She did WAY better than that!! Here's a couple of her big hits done in 1983. Sounding great and singing her heart out!

You are correct - the video i put out didn't show Keely's vocal abilities. I just thought it was a fun clip - contrasting Keely's cool demeanor to Prima & band's frantic performances.
