There's a NH AA for sale over on the Jazz guitar BE forum. The seller describes it as a throwback to the pre-Benedetto AAs, with input from Ren Ferguson. Anybody been able to compare the different eras? Especially the difference between the new and old DeArmond 1100 pups. I really like the sunburst on this one, but not sure if I can justify to myself, let alone my wife, having two AAs unless they are significantly different, but did I mention the gorgeous sunburst (LOL)? Oh, mine is definitely pre=Benedetto.

You're right - that is a very nice burst. Among other things!

Brad,

the American Patriarch models were the highest end of the NH guitars ever made. Stunning instruments.
Some ideas regarding the specs here from my NAMM visit, unfortunatelly all my pictures disappeared due to those photo hosting sites shutting down...

Also a member who hasn't posted again bought one in 2015: http://www.letstalkguild.com/ltg/sh...s-my-grail-An-American-Patriarch-Artist-Award

There was only one video I found:
