F45CE from the early-mid '80s is my guess (the FS46CE was solid bodied with chambers).

My guess too, only model with a chesterfield, oval soundhole and florentine cutaway I can find at
Westerlyguildguitars.com :

That one above is showing the "snakehead" headstock which didn't appear until post '86 or '87, though.
Seems to confirm your dating as early-mid '80's as well.

The early version of the F45CE had mahogany B/S, which seems to be the case in the one in the video, also. Later, they went to maple & snakehead.
