Picked up a 1965 T100D recently. I'm having trouble fining an appropriate case for it. So far everything has been too big or too small. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. The new Guild Starfire cases fit older Guild electrics just fine. Check out the store at guildguitars.com to see if they are in stock.

It looks like the lower bout may be just a hair small on the Starfire case 16.5" vs. 16.75 inches.The X175 case, on the other hand is a little too big and deep.

I put my 1968 Starfire lll into the case that came with the NS Starfire 4 and it fit perfectly.

Guild was out of Starfire cases but I found a Starfire case from the 90's that fit perfectly. Thanks for the advice. It was very helpful.

The foam will absorb that extra 0.25" easily.
