D40 vs D40 Traditional

Sorry if this has already been covered. Other than the headstock inlay, are there any other differences between the new D40 and the new D40 Traditional? It look, based on the web site like the tone woods are the same. There is a $1000.00 MSRP difference between the two, I can't imagine that the headstock inlay is that valuable.

The D40 Traditional has a True to Guild Dovetail Neck Joint while the regular D40 was still a Mortise and Tenon joint like on the M20/D20's. That is one I remember, I am sure there are others.

The Traditional series has nitrocellulose lacquer and Adirondack bracing. Regular D40 has satin varnish and Sitka bracing.
