It's a happy new year! I found the one and just bought this! I have been searching for years for the right late 50's m65 for jazz! If it's good enough for Bill Frisell, it must be a good jazz box!
Thank you all for your help and advice, now another one stays in the family!

Here's the description:
Wow, a real gem here! Late ’50s Guild M-65 in sunburst. This is the full scale version with a single P-90 soap bar style pickup in the neck position. The pickup has lower output compared to most P-90s, but is very open and sweet. Fully hollow and lightweight. Overall in very good condition for its age. Play wear, dings/dents, some binding separation around the body, a couple small but stable cracks and non-original Grover tuners. Had another pickup installed at one point, but all electronics are original. Previously owned by Bill Frisell! Comes with a non-original hardshell case.
Year: 1959.
Model: M-65 Freshman
Serial: 10563.
