This guitar went back to the seller for a refund today. The seller stated to me that he is concerned if he can get rid of this guitar, but my refund is based on "not as advertised".

I am hopeful that this seller doesn't see this posting on LTG, but a little positive reinforcement from knowledgeable folks can go a long way to help getting out of mess. So I will extend a big "thank you" on LTG for that.

I'm still attempting to obtain a second 6 string guitar to put the playing wear on- other than my Guild D55, which I especially like to maintain in the shape that it's in.

When playing with other folks you always have unavoidable things happen; a drink spilled hits the guitar, the bassman accidently hits your guitar with his bass tuner knob- then says "whoops", etc.
