Westerly Employees Since Plant Closing

My old grammar school was re-purposed first as a firefighter's academy, and then as a State Police crime lab.

I hope someone thought to raise the urinals from their grammar-school height, for the grown-ups' convenience.

For what it's worth the house I lost my virginity in is now an outpatient mental health clinic for a local hospital (insert joke here)

When I bought my first Guild guitar, a Mark V in 1981 and my only new Guild guitar, we we're living in the So. Shore of Boston, where I grew up. There was a problem with a latch on the case. So it would be 2 or 3 weeks before they could get another case in, as that was when their deliveries were made. So, living 50 miles from Westerly, I had the music shop arrange for me to pick it up. Didn't get much of a tour, but remember going to where the classical guitars were made and seeing them in various stages. The Westerly guitars were built to last. You can just feel it.
