I don't think Frosty has participated in the forum for years and that's a shame. But for those many new members who may have never heard him, back in the day Michael used to post gems like this all the time. Merry Christmas, everyone..... and Frosty, wherever you are!!

That D55 sounds so awesome. It blew me away years ago when I stumbled on this dude's playing, style and that D55. The character of the tone was just a knotch above any nice Martin dread I ever owned.

I'm onboard with a movement to "Bring Frosty Home!"
Smooth and effortless, that's his style.
He's one of those players who make me consider selling my guitars and taking up....needlepoint, maybe?

Great stuff!

When members "disappear" like this, it makes you wonder if everything is OK with them. Here's hoping he's having a great holiday season, and still playing great finger-picking versions of songs!

I know, I know.... I had fun when I got home last night playing every guitar I own and even one of Don's. Had a blast and went through some Christmas tunes. Then I watch Frosty play and I think about setting my guitars on FIRE!! LMAO!! It's all good, though..... it takes all kinds and I'm giving mediocre a real RUN for it's MONEY!!
