I am one of the members of the John Denver Guitar Research Site. http://www.jdgrs.com

We were recommended to this forum by a few Guild enthusiasts. JDGRS is currently looking for any information on John Denver's Guild 12 String #1. http://www.jdgrs.com/guitars_detail.php?ID=16

JDGRS got a tip through our website that this guitar is currently located in a guitar shop/repair shop in Berkeley, California. However, our trail runs cold from there. We were wondering if anyone on this forum would know where this guitar is? Our mission is to purely to document, archive, and preserve John Denver's guitars.

Longtime JD fan here! I have to get back to the JDGRS....just a quick scan let me know I'd have to return. The site looks great and I'm sure that it contains a wealth of info, Guild related and otherwise.

Welcome, Liz.

I am an avid fan of your site and so appreciate the work that you have all put into it. It was John's influence that prompted my purchases of Guild, Mossman and Greven guitars.

I wait eagerly to see if anyone can add any insight regarding that first 12 string of John's.
